Are the condemned Mullahs TRUE MUSLIMS?

Right from the Biblical era down to our times, revealed scriptures, prophets, divines, intellectuals, jurists and all those who matter condemned perverted Mullahs as abominable as that of lower animals down to all inhuman varieties unworthy of being Muslim.  It is not sufficient for Mullahs to worry about themselves rather than chasing blameless Ahmadis from Islam? Had there been any provisions in Islam to expel any one from Ummat, the foremost choice ought to have been for such Mullahs. Are not hardened criminals who exult about as true Muslims in Pakistan detrimental to the fair name of Islam?

Allah states in the Holy Quran, ‘The Arabs of the desert say, ‘We believe.’ Say, “You have not believed yet; but rather say, ‘We have accepted Islam,’ for the true belief has not yet entered into your hearts.” But if you obey Allah and His Messenger, He will not detract anything from your deeds Surely, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.’ (Surah Hujurat, 49:14)

Allah has not given anyone authority to call anyone from any Sect of Islam as Non-Muslim because in the eyes of Allah as per saying of the Holy Prophet of Islam who ever calls a Muslim as Non-Muslim, himself becomes a Non-Muslim. Usamah ibn Zaid relates: ‘The Holy Prophet (pbuh) sent us on a scouting expedition to Huraqah, a valley of Juhnah and we arrived at its springs in the morning. A man of the Ansar and I came upon one of their men and when we had covered him he called out: There is none worthy of worship save Allah. On this the Ansari held back, but I finished him off with my spear. When we returned to Medina, this incident came to the knowledge of the Holy Prophet (pbuh), he asked me: Usama, did you kill him after he had affirmed: There is none worthy of worship save Allah? I said: Messenger of Allah, he made the affirmation only to save himself. He said again: Did you kill him after he had affirmed: There is none worthy of worship save Allah? He went on repeating it till I wished I had not accepted Islam before that day." Another version is "Holy Prophet said: Did he affirm: There is none worthy of worship save Allah; and yet you killed him? I said: Messenger of Allah, he said it out of fear of our arms. He said: Why did you not cleave his heart to discover whether he had said it from his heart or not? He kept repeating it till I wished I had accepted Islam only that day.’ (Riyadh as-Salihin, ch.49, No.396 on the authority of Bokhari and Muslim)

In another Hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have." (Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 8, and No.387)

It is not a simple and unaccountable action to call another a disbeliever. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw), the Seal of the Prophets, said: 'If a man says to his brother, O Kafir (disbeliever)! Then surely one of them is such (i.e., a Kafir).' (Bukhari, Vol.8 Book 73, No.125d)

Another Hadith records: Some people asked Allah's Apostle, "Whose Islam is the best? i.e., (Who is a very good Muslim)?" He replied, "One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hand". (Bukhari, Vol.01, Book 02, No.10)

According to above quoted verse and the sayings of the Holy Prophet (saw), who recites ‘Laila ha illalahu Muhammedur Rasool Allah’ and claims to be a Muslim automatically enters the fold of Islam.

Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian, The Promised Messiah and Imam Mahdi (as) has said: "Fear God Almighty and hold back your tongue from denouncing me as a disbeliever, God Almighty knows well that I am a Muslim. I believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His Messengers and Resurrection after death. I bear witness that there is no God except Allah, the One without associate; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. Fear Allah and say not: You are not a Muslim. Fear the King to Whom you will be brought back." Izala-e-Auham, Ruhani Khaza'in, Vol.03, P.102)
